About Effection: "Raising awareness and support for charity are the main goals here at Effection but we also believe that Art and design can change the way people think about society. Here at 'Effection' we bring art, design and Architecture together because they all draw upon the same influences when being created. The creative process and positive social messages engrained in Art and Design are often overlooked or misunderstood. 'Effection' events offer the participating artists and designers another voice in mainstream society. It is our hope that positive social ideas and thinking may infect the minds of people who attend our events and possibly change society for the better. Effection is not just a collaborative of people...it is an idea that we can all support something larger than ourselves: One idea at a time, one person at a time, one city at a time and maybe a whole society."
