The small building in the background is a representation of a spaceship on ground. The larger building facing frontal, Futur, is the main entrance of circus coliseum. This circus is inspired by the Globus Circus, in Bucharest, Romania. An enormous coliseum with a permanent ceiling, which was built in the 1960's, and continues to host excellent performances. This time Futur and the spaceship are a monumental union and seen at the beginning of a bright sunrise. Futur was awarded in ARTslant May Juried Showcase, ARTslant Juried Competition, May 2009. Futur was exhibited during Araujo's solo show, Tomorrowland Today, at the Trade in Sacramento, from April 18th to July 31st, 2015.
