Other Works in this Series: Rhythmic Size: 48" x 60"Medium: Oil on canvas Date: 2003 Sold Shapiro Private Collection, Manhattan Beach, CA. An evolution from representation to a rhythmic motion of objects and paint on its own, Rhythmic combines structural elements, like perfume and alchemy related objects, as well as simply forms from which they are derived. Supported by a copper atmosphere, forms are tied by brush strokes responded by a mechanical and linear format. It can be seen as enigmatic, objects connecting with one another. It is musical as a beginning of a composition. Explosions of objects and fragments of objects overlap in a calculated process. This painting was acquired by my Private Collector, Jerry Shapiro in 2004, and this piece was later exhibited at his home for a special event titled "First Art Salon", in March 2005.
