This painting presents the city's rooftop view seen from the 12th floor at SOMA Grand, in San Francisco, which include the Transamerica Pyramid, an iconic city building.

Rooftop View from SOMA Grand II was first exhibited in October 2012, at SOMA Grand's building's lobby during Araujo's Solo Show titled, "The City from SOMA Grand". This exhibition was hosted by Arttitud and SOMA Grand. This painting is featured in Araujo's new book publication, SOMA RISING, which was celebrated at the opening of "The City from SOMA Grand". It was on view at the Old Mint, for Mid-Market Landmarks Araujo's solo exhibition in San Francisco, January-March 2015. Rooftop View from SOMA Grand II was showcased during Arttitud Art Festival, April 28th-May 3rd, 2015. It is also featured in the Arttitud Art Festival catalog, can be seen at this link.

Rooftop View from SOMA Grand: II was exhibited again at the Old Mint during "SF History Days", in March 2017. This painting has been selected winner in the category of Painting in Artslant's 6th 2012 Monthly Showcase! This painting accompanied "DisruptCRE" with TurningArt on at 333 Bush Street in San Francisco on Thursday, September 14th, 2017. This painting was later exhibited at Araujo's Solo Show, "Abstract Metropolis" at Parisoma in San Francisco, January 18th to February 21st, 2018. Also exhibited at Araujo's "FACADES: Central City Architecture" at the annual "SF History Days" at the Old Mint, March 2018 and later at the Park Central Hotel in San Francisco, April 17th-September 18th, 2018.
